The official campaign period for local candidates started last Easter Sunday.  And now it can be told.

In our conversation with the third candidate for Mayor, Jojo Fuentes has coined the motto "Gear Up" Angono as its battlecry for his credible campaign for mayoralty of this town for 2016 (vs keep moving

He has disdained money, goons, corruption, and abuse of women and minorities in his program of government.  Like Duterte, in case of funding from business, relatives and his foreign supporters would come in he would refuse them.

He has seminal ideas on his platform of govt:

1.  Double 00 basura -  less solid waste would mean less manpower and gasoline expenses;

2.  Full wages for govt employees - no contractual and substandard salaries for volunteer

3.  Frugality -  lesser employees, avoidance of secretaries.

4.  Give candies and sugary foods to combat insurgency.

5.  Respect for women and the elderly

6.  Hydro and renewable energy for the town of Angono

He has been leveraging  on his  claimed connection with the federal and other international organizations that support his ideas and projects on flood control

As of now he has tentative ideas on how his organization would look like;  selecting good and well experienced people for tourism, finance, waste disposal, admin and hr matters.
