The major protagonists last night simultaneously held their proclamation rallies: the opposition (yellow shirts) at MLQuezon Avenue, and the incumbent ( red shirts) at the Lakeside Park.
The day before, there was a Rakrakan at San Vicente which featured rock jamming.
There was a surprise that the gubernatorials: Ms. Nini Ynares and Steve Salonga went up the stage during the rally.
It was clear that the incumbent had more crowd and better logistics and better event management. The incumbent had large delegations from Mahabang Parang
