The Angono fiesta which is a celebration of late Pope St Clement features a fluvial parade and procession whic culminates in the image of St Clement travelling on a pagoda along the Laguna Lake. At the procession, there is a lot of water dousing and wetting. They wet you even if you are tourist well dressed or is in a vehicle.
It is all part of the fun. So even Manila Water supplies the much needed water for the celebration
